The astonishing follow up to their first record 'Beware of the Sloth', 'Forest of Old' gives us the final farewell of the Salt Babies. By this point Parker Freeman had been kicked out of the band for moving to Mexico, leaving the best two thirds of triple T to take over most of the songwriting and instrumentation, while bringing into electro-acoustic guru Brian Pickles to flourish and fill the gaps with blissful atmospheres. The band also brought in Rmac to record 'Dark Orange & Normal (The Girl Glenn)' for them so they wouldn't have to. Included here for the first time is the band's cover of James Blunt's famous song 'Your Beautiful', which was recorded more than two years later when P-Man Freeman had been brought back into the band after moving home from Mexico.
